Inspect Your Septic Tank Before You Move
While you own your home, your septic tank is your responsibility. However, when it’s time to buy or sell, that responsibility passes to a new owner. In these cases, it’s best to have the septic tank’s condition verified with a time of transfer inspection.
A time of transfer inspection is required before purchasing or selling a house. This check is designed to ensure that everything is up to code and running correctly. We have certified inspectors on staff at Ness Pumping Service & Porta-Potty Rentals Inc. Our team takes many classes to stay up to date on the latest code expectations.
